Joy is an experienced personal trainer dedicated to helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. Her wealth of knowledge comes from a broad exposure to endurance sports, resistance training, the martial arts and yoga.
I have recently had both my hips replaced and have always been fit all my life, so going back to scratch after the operation was incredibly difficult, I needed to rebuild my body and my life, that is when I met Joy! She not only gave me the strength physically, but personally too, she pushed me harder than I would have pushed myself BUT it worked. I look forward to our weekly sessions and they are never boring, each week she comes up with something new to test me, I love it and thoroughly recommend her and her incredible knowledge of the human body to everyone. I like Joy’s technical approach and friendly manner. She explains v clearly which muscle group we’re targeting and how to get the best results from good techniques. Although I wake up knowing I’ve trained hard, I never have to worry about sustaining an injury. I would highly recommend her
I was a former professional jockey and had a few bad race falls , as I've got older aches and pains caught up with me .. At 61 I needed advice and training to keep my body supple and in good shape .. Joy turned my quality of life around training and advice on diet , she has tremendous knowledge on the human body and has certainly put me on the right path with amazing PT sessions ..
